Alain Essen, President and CEO
ABOUT THE FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Mr. Essen holds a master’s degree in adult education, with a thesis focused on “workplace learning and human performance technology.” He leads the organization and the team of consultants responsible for change management initiatives, and brings expertise in change management, learning solutions, human performance technology, human capital development, and organizational development.
Essen Consulting has many years of experience providing consultancy for numerous organizations, including Bell, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Telus, Group Cara, the Government of Quebec, the Government of Canada, Desjardins Group, Intact, Industrial Alliance, Pratt & Whitney, among others. In the course of his career, Mr. Essen has provided consulting services and served as the lead change management consultant on numerous projects, while mentoring and coaching several consultants.
